  • To authenticate users and manage access to the client dashboard.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate our services securely:

  • Authentication & Database: Supabase for secure identity management, CAPTCHA protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and data storage.
  • Payments: Midtrans for secure payment processing. We do not store sensitive credit card information on our servers.
  • Hosting & Analytics: Vercel for application hosting, which may collect standard web analytics and observability metrics.
  • Error Tracking: Sentry for application stability monitoring.
  • Background Jobs: Trigger.dev for automated operational workflows.

4. Cookies and Session Data

We use secure, server-side cookies (via PKCE) essential for maintaining authenticated sessions. We do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
