Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at aivo.sh and the software engineering services provided by PT. AIVO GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Use of Our Services

AIVO.SH is a software engineering studio. By submitting a project inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authenticated account (via Google or GitHub) and restricting access to your client dashboard.

2. Commercial Workflow

Our engagement process is defined as follows:

  • Project Inquiries: Submission of a project brief does not create a binding agreement to deliver software.
  • Proposals & Contracts: Binding obligations are only established upon the formal acceptance of a Proposal and execution of a Contract.
  • Payments: All payments must be processed through our designated invoicing systems (via Midtrans or direct wire as specified in the contract). Payments are subject to the milestone terms defined in your specific contract.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a finalized project contract, the intellectual property rights of the deliverables are transferred to the client upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices associated with the project. Background IP and pre-existing libraries used by us remain our property.

4. Third-Party Services

Our infrastructure and services utilize third-party vendors (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Midtrans, Sentry, GitHub). Your use of our platform is subject to the continuous availability of these upstream providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform or services to build systems that facilitate illegal activities, abuse, fraud, or intentional harm to third parties. We reserve the right to decline any project brief that violates our engineering principles or acceptable use standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT. AIVO GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the website or our engineering services, unless explicitly overridden by a signed project contract.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the client dashboard if you violate these Terms of Service. Project contract terminations are governed separately by the terms explicitly written in the executed contract.
